Feast of Nithyadhar Ward celebrated (2014)

The celebration of Nithyadhar ward feast began with the thanks giving mass on 29th June, 2014 at 7.30 am. For this occasion a special liturgy was prepared by the members of the ward. Members from all the families attended the mass in large numbers. Fr. Jesudas presided over the mass and preached a meaningful homily on the day's readings.

The celebrative part of the feast began at 12.30pm at church mini hall. In the beginning a short but inspiring prayer service was conducted by gurkar Mrs. Lydia Miranda. The children and the youth of the ward presented beautiful dances and exhibited their talents. Mr Sunil Miranda  conducted various games for all the categories of the people which complimented greatly to increase the festive mood. Fr. Jesudas  and vice president of Parish Pastoral Council Mr. Vincent Menzes gave apt messages to the occasion.

Sr. Prafulla, St. Sebastian ward gurkar  Mr Alwyn Menezes and some other members of Parish Pastoral Council were present in the function. Mr. Remcy Pinto thanked everybody who made the day a memorable and enjoyable one.  Lunch was prepared by the members of ward served at the end.
