Catechism day at our church was celebrated on 2nd March 2014, during 7.30am mass. Under the leadership of Catechism teachers, Catechism children conducted the meaningful liturgy. After the mass, prizes were given out for the children who are regular in attending catechism, those who maintained attractive Catechism note books and who scored highest marks in Catechism examination.

Prizes were also given to the winners in the elocution competition conducted by Catholic Sabha of our parish. Divya Pereira and Sunil Miranda compared the programme.

Mr Vincent Menezes, during his speech thanked all the teachers who thought catechism and make the day a grand success.

Fr Vernon Vas was the main celebrant and Fr Edwin Pinto concelebrated the mass.

This short programme ended with a hymn to our Mother Mary.
